San Dev Labs operates Vellora and collects event details, host account details, and RSVP responses so hosts can create invitation websites and manage guest replies.

Guest RSVP data may include names, phone numbers, attendance status, guest counts, and optional messages. Hosts are responsible for inviting guests and using exported RSVP data appropriately.

Public event pages only show event information chosen by the host; RSVP lists remain available to the authenticated event owner.

Uploaded images and AI-assisted invitation text may be processed by trusted service providers when the host uses those features. Current subprocessors include Supabase, Cloudinary, OpenAI.

Hosts can export their event and RSVP data from the dashboard. Event and RSVP data is retained until the host deletes the event or requests account deletion.

Vellora does not sell personal data. Data is used to provide event websites, invitation cards, RSVP collection, account access, support, and service reliability.
